HMS Future Tech Startup Competition
The inaugural Harvard-MIT-Stanford Future Technology Entrepreneurship Competition, commonly known as the HMS Entrepreneurship Competition, is an esteemed event jointly organized by the Harvard Chinese Healthcare Club (HCHC), the MIT China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (MIT-CHIEF), and the Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization (CEO).
This multidisciplinary competition casts a wide net, encompassing a diverse range of innovative sectors including, but not limited to, Biomedicine, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, Renewable Energy and New Materials, Smart Hardware, Robotics, Social Value Initiatives, Financial Technology, the Internet of Things, Blockchain, and Advanced Manufacturing. The overarching mission is to act as a catalyst for the transformative potential of frontier technologies, with the goal of tackling humanity's collective challenges and offering solutions to pressing global issues.
To further enrich the ecosystem around this competition, the HMS Entrepreneurship Competition is set to feature an esteemed panel of judges consisting of influential independent investors, established investment firms, and seasoned entrepreneurial veterans. In addition to this, it commits to providing a holistic suite of complimentary support services to the participating teams. These services include expert legal advice, strategic market development, talent acquisition, and liaison with governmental bodies, ensuring that each team is fully equipped to advance successfully to their next developmental milestone.
